​Private baking course with certificate

This course is where you can develop your skills of baking with Hoshino natural yeast.

You will take two menus per day, and you will receive a certificate when you have attended all of them.

You will learn 14 breads listed below.

The lesson fee includes bag to take home. An apron will be prepared.  If you would like, you can buy it. Please let us know that when you book.

Please let us know that you will be in Tokyo first so that we can set up a date according to your preference.
